The postcard shows a painting of Jānis Brekte (1920~1985), one of the most popular and prolific painters in Latvia. His main medium is water color. Agate shared that the moment she saw this card on a store, she realized that the card is for me since I love the rain.
She also wrote that she just recently found out that her grandparents have one of Brekte's original artworks!
