I've seen a couple of these "Blue cats" illustrations in Postcrossing - Facebook and Official. Big, fat, blue cats doing a smorgasbord of things like roller skating, swimming, riding a plane, or flying into space. They were funny and cute - and I finally got to receive one through swap.
