Postcard from Alaska

The Alaska Railroad
6 Mar 2013 | From Marianke of USA
POSTCROSSING SWAP

I got this postcard from Marianke as a swap. She a Dutch now living in Alaska with her husband. She says she is very fond of the winter season.

About the card, The Alaska Railroad is a Class II railroad which extends from Seward and Whittier, in the south of the state of Alaska, in the United States, to Fairbanks (passing through Anchorage), and beyond to Eielson Air Force Base and Fort Wainwright in the interior of that state. Uniquely, it carries both freight and passengers throughout its system, including Denali National Park.
